You got a new smartphone or tablet? - You need to reset your connection.

Add a new connection, activate a registered connection, reset a connection or delete an existing connection.

Activate mailbox

Activate your accout for the elecetronic mailbox to get your monthly statements of accout in there.

Change Online-Banking PIN

You are able to change your current personal identification number (PIN) anytime.

You may use the following characters to create your PIN:

• Lower case letters from a - z
• Upper case letters from A - Z
• Numbers from 0 - 9
• Special characters ä, ö, ü, Ä, Ö, Ü, ß, and ! $ % & / ( ) = ? + # , . - :

Avoid:

• Combinations of your initials and your date of birth
• Your telephone number or parts thereof
• Your postcode
• Common key combinations or simple combinations such as 123ab, 55555
• The same or similar content such as the log-in name or the legitimation ID or parts thereof

Change debit card

If you use online-banking with chipTAN and your debit card and get a new card, you have to activate this card bevor using.
Please note that only one card can be unlocked as an active card.
