Use this dashboard to view and change your paydirekt details. paydirekt is a free service linked to your current account which allows you to perform simple and secure online payments.
You can change the user account status, username, password and the account used for payments.
The status of your paydirekt user account is displayed in the "User account" field. Possible account statuses:
- "Active" - you can use paydirekt at any time, safely shopping online and using the chosen account to make payments.
- "Password required" - Please enter a password. To do this, select the change icon next to the "Password" field.
- "Activation pending" – The registration process is incomplete. Please use the activation link in the registration confirmation email sent by paydirekt. To resend the registration email with the activation link, please visit the paydirekt customer portal. Once you've confirmed your email address, you'll be able to manage and change details in your online banking account (username, password, account used for payments). "Payment function locked" - Your paydirekt user account is locked. Payments cannot be made via paydirekt. To unlock your user account, visit the paydirekt dashboard in your online banking and click the change icon next to the "User account" field.
Use the change icon next to the "User account" field to lock, unlock or cancel your account.
If the change icon isn't displayed next to the payment account, there are no further accounts available for use with paydirekt.
You can view your transactions at any time using the paydirekt customer portal. Here you can also change your delivery address or contact details if required. Log in using your paydirekt login details.
